Water Revolution’s Revolutionary Pay Plan™ is a designed to give motivated
Distributors a chance to make profitable Retail Sales and also the opportunity to
build successful marketing teams. Distributors who develop and train a sales team
can experience strong leveraged income by helping others reach their goals.
The Revolutionary Pay Plan™ allows for excellent part time and full time
income for those who create an Independent Distributor marketing business that focuses
squarely on two activities:
- Selling water equipment and products and (optionally);
- Recruiting, training and managing a Water-Revolution
Distributor network.
Earned income is based solely on the personal and team- building activities of each
Distributor.
The Revolutionary Pay Plan™ rewards business building activity in three distinct
ways:
- Personal Sales Commission
- Team Commissions
- Mentoring Bonuses
Personal Sales Commission:
Personal Sales Commissions are paid directly to the W-R Independent Distributor
through whose website the order was placed. The first website sale made by a new
Independent Distributor is a split commission (split with the sponsor) and referred
to as a Introductory or Training Commission. Personal Sales Commissions are paid regardless of Distributor
Qualification.
Team Commissions:
The Water Revolution online tracking system automatically archives all equipment
and product sales and allocates the Business Volume (BV) to the appropriate Distributor.
Volume accrues as sales occur through the two-team structure upon which the Revolutionary
Pay Plan is based.
The 1/3 rule dictates that each time the online system registers 400 in new Business
Volume (BV) on one side, and this is balanced by 200 BV on the other side, the Qualified
Water-Revolution Distributor will earn a $50 Team Commission (also called a Revolution
Bonus).
Archived Volume is never lost unless Qualification has not been met. If Qualification
is not met within 45 rolling days, all archived business volume will be permanently
lost from the Distributor’s volume bank.
Each earning center position within the organization is limited to earning $25,000
per week in team commission. If that weekly pay cap is reached by an Independent
Distributor, then the company will award another earning center position to that
Distributor that the Distributor can place anywhere in their downline organization.
Mentoring Bonuses:
Every time a Qualified Independent Distributor earns a $50 Team Commission a Mentoring
Bonus of $10 is paid to that Distributor’s Personal Sponsor.
Note about Qualification:
In order to receive Team Commissions and Mentoring Bonuses an Independent Distributor
must maintain Qualification in two ways:
- By personally sponsoring one Distributor into their Left
Team side and one Distributor on their Right Team side and;
- By accumulating a minimum of 25 Personal Volume (PV)
for personal sales made through their own Water-Revolution website store within
the previous 30 days.
